My favorite time to photograph in a city is when the streets are empty. I love to slowly walk at my own pace to explore what is normally a bustling thoroughfare in the quiet of late night or early morning. I need these peaceful hours after the chaos of busy city days. There is beauty in the streetlights and neon signs lit against the dark sky.
